Order cancellation

Cancellation, due to the immediate execution of orders, is only accepted if requested within 3-6 hours of the purchase being completed. Otherwise, and as long as the order has been executed, the return procedure is followed.
Contract
The successful completion of the order by the user constitutes a proposal to enter into a contract with our company. Upon completion of the order, an email is sent to the user showing the details of his order (products of choice, payment amount, etc.).
Our company processes your order and accepts it by confirming product availability and sending an email. In case of unavailability of the product, our company informs the user on the day of the order or the next morning about the lack of the product.
Our company then ships the product to the user. After the preparation of the products for shipment is completed, the user is informed by e-mail and the tracking number is also sent to him for tracking the order from the website of the respective courier company (usually the orders are displayed for control from 18 :00 onwards).
Orders are processed and prepared from Monday to Friday.
Payment policy
The user declares that he accepts the prices of the products as listed on the website www.myluxuryhome.gr and in each product he chooses, as well as the total amount resulting from the inclusion of other financial charges (shipping costs, cash on delivery or any other costs). Each individual financial charge is presented in a clear and concise manner to the visitors/users.

The user is provided with the option of issuing an invoice. The relevant option appears on the order completion page.

This contract and terms of use as well as any modification thereof are governed by Greek Law. Exclusively competent courts for the resolution of the disputes of this contract are the courts of the Prefecture of Grevena. Invalidity of any term of use or part thereof does not invalidate another term or the Agreement or part thereof. The remaining terms remain in force and fully develop their legal effects. By accepting the terms of use, each user declares that he has taken note of them, has fully understood them and undertakes to comply with them. Without the acceptance of the terms of use, it is impossible to create the account and purchase through the online store.
